 Anxiety is the most common mental health condition

experienced among adults.  

So if this is something you've been struggling with, know that you are not alone.

Below are common challenges that may signal that it's a good sign that it's time to seek professional help

  • Feeling nervous, tense, or on edge

  • Unable to stop worrying 

  • Increased restlessness or challenges relaxing

  • Difficulties falling or staying asleep

  • Experiencing a looming fear that something bad will happen in the future

Checklists aside, the greatest tell-tale sign that it’s time to reach out is when you feel drawn to do so. You are the best judge of your experience and there are no minimum requirements that you need to meet before seeking help.

Therapy can help.

Research shows that 75% of people who participate in therapy report benefiting from it. 

Therapy can you: 

  • Develop a sense of calm and centeredness 

  • Develop healthy coping mechanisms to decrease symptoms of anxiety 

  • Increase mindfulness so you can engage more fully in your life

What to Expect

While we would work together to create an individual plan to fit your needs, budget and schedule, the standard course of therapy includes weekly 30 or 50 minute sessions that are conducted over a secure video platform. 

  • Therapy may be goal-directed, meaning that we would work towards accomplishing a specific outcome, such as decreasing anxiety or improving your mood. 

  • Alternatively, therapy may be less directive and serve as more of an emotional landing space aka, a time and place for you to check-in, be heard, and emotionally recharge for the week ahead.

For most, therapy is a mix of the two.

Identifying what feels most comfortable and helpful to you is one of the topics that we discuss during the initial consultation.

Fees and Payment Process 

The standard fees are listed below: 

  • 50 minutes - $150

  • 30 minutes - $75

There is no need to worry about sending transfers or arranging payments.  

Your payment gets processed after sessions by a software system and your receipt then gets emailed to you. 

What to Do If This Feels Out of Reach 

If the prices listed above are outside of your budget, I invite you to reach out and book a consultation as I do offer a sliding scale (a reduced rate) to a limited number of clients.
